How long does an order take to be shipped? 

Please allow up to 5 - 7 working days for orders be shipped.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We obtain proof of postage for all orders. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll contact the service provider for delivery information.


What items are eligible for return?

Faulty or damaged items will be considered for return upon customer notification within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unused. 

We can not accept returns on facemasks unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene and the spread of Covid - 19.
